Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take up to 14 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping destination and the weight of the package. We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. International shipping costs vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If you have any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to assist you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to most international locations, but please note that some countries may have additional customs or import fees that you may be responsible for paying. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees charged by the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

At Mystake Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Here’s everything you need to know:

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet this criteria.

Return Shipping Costs
If you’re returning an item for a refund, we will issue a prepaid return label for domestic orders within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to show up on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item to you once we receive your original item. Exchanges are subject to availability, so please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we have the item you need in stock.

Damaged or Defective Items
